SOURCE-BACKED ANSWER
What documents and steps are needed for Alberta Advantage Immigration Program?
Prepare the selected AAIP stream source, worker/entrepreneur EOI or portal entry, employment/offer/language/education/status/Alberta or business evidence, invitation, provincial forms and receipt, nomination certificate and conditions, the matching federal checklist, civil/family/police/medical records, AOR, requests and decision. Confirm each current form and personalized checklist control on www.alberta.ca.
Practical order
- 1
Open Alberta’s current worker and entrepreneur stream list and record one stream for research without a best-stream or eligibility conclusion.
- 2
Prepare the employment, job offer, occupation selected outside FileNorth, language, education, status, Alberta connection, business or rural records named by that stream.
- 3
Create the applicant’s own AAIP portal record and submit the current worker expression of interest, entrepreneur request or direct stream entry required.
- 4
If Alberta issues an invitation or request, verify its stream and deadline, complete the provincial application, pay Alberta directly and retain the package.
- 5
If nominated, compare the certificate and decision with the applicant, stream, destination, conditions and expiry and retain every provincial message.
- 6
Use the nomination’s Express Entry or non-Express Entry route, submit the separate IRCC PR application and complete medical, police, security and finalization requests.
It does not determine eligibility, predict a decision or submit anything for you.
