   Prepare stream-specific Alberta facts

   Prepare the employment, job offer, occupation selected outside FileNorth, language, education, status, Alberta connection, business or rural records named by that stream.

   Expected output

   An AAIP stream-control evidence index.

   Checkpoint

   Every time-limited control is current and unresolved facts remain open.

   RESPONSIBLEApplicant

   Submit the required Alberta entry

   Create the applicant’s own AAIP portal record and submit the current worker expression of interest, entrepreneur request or direct stream entry required.

   Expected output

   An Alberta portal or expression-of-interest confirmation.

   Checkpoint

   An entry or EOI is not recorded as invitation or nomination.

4. 04
   RESPONSIBLEAlberta

   Respond to Alberta selection

   If Alberta issues an invitation or request, verify its stream and deadline, complete the provincial application, pay Alberta directly and retain the package.

   Expected output

   An invitation-linked AAIP application and receipt.

   Checkpoint

   The application matches the selected stream and was submitted before the live deadline.

5. 05
   RESPONSIBLEAlberta

   Verify the Alberta nomination

   If nominated, compare the certificate and decision with the applicant, stream, destination, conditions and expiry and retain every provincial message.

   Expected output

   A verified AAIP nomination file.

   Checkpoint

   The nomination remains valid and does not itself grant permanent residence.

6. 06
   RESPONSIBLECanada

   Complete the correct federal stage

   Use the nomination’s Express Entry or non-Express Entry route, submit the separate IRCC PR application and complete medical, police, security and finalization requests.

   Expected output

   A nomination-linked federal PR submission and decision file.

   Checkpoint

   The federal route matches the nomination and no status is assumed before IRCC’s final document.
