SOURCE-BACKED ANSWER
How do I complete Québec Skilled Worker Selection Program (PSTQ)?
The PSTQ has four streams. Start with an Arrima expression of interest, confirm occupation and French requirements, and wait for an invitation before a permanent-selection application. Start with the reviewed official source, follow the current actions and submit through your own government account.
Practical order
- 1
Identify the NOC code and TEER category of your main occupation, then read the general requirements and the exact conditions of the applicable PSTQ stream.
- 2
Confirm the current French requirement and obtain an accepted, valid result or other accepted evidence where the stream requires it.
- 3
Gather passport, education, five-year work history, spouse and child facts, validated job offer and regulatory-authority evidence that may apply.
- 4
Create your own Arrima account and complete the free expression of interest within 90 days of creating it.
- 5
Submit the expression of interest, keep it accurate and monitor Arrima. It remains valid for 12 months and does not guarantee an invitation.
- 6
If invited, accept within the stated 30-day period and use the second Arrima message to open the permanent-selection application.
It does not determine eligibility, predict a decision or submit anything for you.
