SOURCE-BACKED ANSWER
What documents and steps are needed for Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program?
Prepare the selected OINP stream/update record, employer portal/job or graduate/business/Express Entry evidence, language/education/work/status/Ontario facts, EOI or NOI, e-Filing application and receipt, nomination and acceptance, federal checklist, civil/family/police/medical records, AOR, requests and decision. Confirm each current form and personalized checklist control on www.ontario.ca.
Practical order
- 1
Use Ontario’s current stream selector and program updates to record one employer-job-offer, graduate, entrepreneur or Express Entry stream for research.
- 2
Prepare employer-portal/job, language, education, work, status, Ontario study or connection, business or Express Entry profile records required by the stream.
- 3
Create the applicant’s own OINP e-Filing record and submit the EOI registration or respond to a valid Notification of Interest as required.
- 4
After an invitation or valid NOI, verify the account deadline, submit the complete e-Filing package and pay Ontario directly.
- 5
Retain and verify the Ontario nomination, accept it in Express Entry when required, then submit the matching federal PR application and complete admissibility.
It does not determine eligibility, predict a decision or submit anything for you.
